Gabriel Perez is a Texas native from McAllen who brings a strong communications background and a practical, service-focused approach to real estate. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Southern Nazarene University, giving him a solid foundation in marketing, client communication, and clear storytelling—skills that translate directly into helping clients navigate real estate decisions.
In addition to his professional work, Gabriel has a creative eye shaped by his passion for photography. He understands how presentation, detail, and perspective influence how a home is perceived and marketed. That same attention to detail carries into every client interaction, whether buying or selling.
Outside of real estate, Gabriel enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors. He also has a natural teaching ability and enjoys helping others learn and grow in the areas he is passionate about.
